FAQs
Do I need special equipment?
No — mobility workouts only require a mat, but pilates and fitness may use simple props like resistance bands to enhance your exercises. In the Reformer category all workouts are done on a pilates reformer. You can also do workouts without any props at all. (If you want more details, check individual video descriptions.)
How long are the videos?
Depending on which week of mobility you are in, it can warry from 30-60 min. On average you can put aside at least 40 minutes for each session.
If I have an injury, can I still benefit?
If you have an injury, consult your doctor or physiotherapist before starting or continuing any exercise program. While our workouts may offer alternative movements, only a qualified medical professional can advise what is appropriate and safe for your individual condition.
How quickly can I expect a relief in my pain?
Pain is a complex mechanism. In M&C program we work on retraining nervous patterns that contribute to imbalances. This on its own can reduce discomfort.
Can I strengthen my core by doing M&C program?
Bringing awareness to the mobility of the spine is key for smooth range of motion in peripheral joints. By following this principle it’s almost impossible not to activate our centre and not to initiate the moves from the core. This is what gives you a strong core.
